Lambeau Field

We were at the Packers-Bears game on Thursday night up in Green Bay.  This is one of the new giant HD scoreboards. There's one at each end of the field. (This one was at the far end from where we were seated; the clarity is fabulous.) The Pack won, 23-10!

Wrestlemania

Looks like the Pewaukee High School wrestling team has gone to state for the third year in a row. Go, Pirates!!

Coach

The quintessential coach, Vince Lombardi, watches over the crowd entering the hallowed halls of Lambeau Field on Sunday up in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It was a perfect fall day for a football game - partly sunny and in the 40's, however the 25 mph winds made it a bit chilly at times. Not a problem if you are dressed in layers. The Packers shut-out the Detroit Lions 26-0, although the overall execution of the game left something to be desired.

Give Blood

Rugby is a tough game. It's an especially rough game when girls are playing. Our local "Brookfield Bruisers" are an up and coming high school club team and the girls give their all in each game, sometimes ending with the result of sustaining injuries... or giving blood (hence the sticker in the car window. As noted by the car, you'll want to steer clear of them!) They're very resilient and tough and always bounce back.
