Google Earth

I happened to glance over to the next lane at a stoplight on Bluemound Road in Brookfield and saw the "Google Earth" street map car idling next to me. Quite an interesting red camera/satellite contraption on the top.   That's something you don't see everyday!

Bright Bikes

These two cute bicycles were parked outside our local Starbucks on a pleasant day earlier this spring.  Love the color and they look pretty comfy, too!

SkyWatch Friday: December Sunset

Taken outside a shop on Bluemound Rd. in Brookfield, the sun is setting farther and farther in the southwest sky. On the Winter Solstice (Dec. 21) it will reach it's lowest point here in Wisconsin, and we will have our shortest day and longest night to welcome in the winter.
