Nah, just kidding. I haven't been in Wisconsin for several years. My sister, who lives north of Eau Claire, has complained about the cold and snow, too. I think she's basically hunkered down in her house to wait for spring!

Yes, I recall that your sister lives way "up north" ;-) ...& she's got the right idea. We're all in a "hunkered-down" holding pattern!
